SHIPPING POLICY

Here at The Perfume Co. we offer Free Shipping to all our customers ordering Pan-India.  We have the most trusted and well-known shipping partners delivering Orders to your doorstep. We have prepared our inventory in such a way that our customers receive the order within 3-7 working days depending upon the customer's location. The tracking details are sent to the customer's registered E-mail address within 48 hours of our warehouse dispatch. We have Cash On Delivery Available only in Pan-India up to Rs. 2000/- at an additional cost of Rs. 100/-

 

At The Perfume Co. all sales are final. The Perfume Co. will only replace the product in case the product received is Damaged, Defective or Incorrect. In case any unfortunate situation occurs during delivery then we would ask the consumer to share some valid proof if they want a replacement. (eg Unboxing Video of the parcel clearly showing the initial opening of the seal. Our team will look forward and addressing your issue within 7 working days. The Perfume Co. has the right to refuse the replacement. The customer needs to inform the issue within 24hrs of delivery via E-Mail or WhatsApp.

Currently,  we are offering cancellation only on those orders which are not dispatched from our warehouse. No cancellation on In-Transit Orders. The amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 working days. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
